Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between Mycelium Nexus Inc ("the Company") and the user ("the User") regarding the use of the mobile application ("the App").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, the User acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the User does not agree to all terms herein, the App must not be used and should be uninstalled immediately.
2. License Grant
The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to full compliance with these Terms.
3. User Conduct and Responsibilities
The User is solely responsible for all content created, stored, or managed through the App. The User agrees not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the App.
- Use the App in any manner that could impair, disable, or overburden its functionality.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, features, code, and branding (excluding User-generated content), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Mycelium Nexus Inc.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mycelium Nexus Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the App and on the applicable store listing. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend the User's access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that the Company determines violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Company or other users.
