Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs purchases made through the mobile application operated by Mycelium Nexus Inc ("the Company").
1. General Policy
Due to the immediate delivery and consumption of digital goods, all purchases, including one-time in-app purchases and subscription fees, are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been completed.
2. Exceptions
The Company will review refund requests in the following circumstances:
Accidental or Unauthorized Purchase
A purchase made in error or without the account holder's authorization (e.g., by a minor) is reported within 48 hours of the transaction.
Technical Failure
A purchased feature or subscription is inaccessible due to a technical defect attributable to the App, and the Company is unable to resolve the defect within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Request Procedure
To request a refund, the User must contact the Company at the email address listed below and provide the Google Play Order Transaction ID. Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5 business days.
Alternatively, users may request a refund directly through Google Play's standard refund request process. Approval of such requests is subject to Google's applicable policies and the Company's discretion.
4. Subscription Management
Users with auto-renewing subscriptions are responsible for managing their subscriptions. Cancellation must be initiated at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through the Google Play Store subscription settings. No partial refunds or credits are provided for cancellation of a subscription mid-cycle.
